Depending on the time of year we are able to provide a number of different shooting experiences . Hone your skills in the off-season shooting clay pigeons and laser clays and experience the beauty of Loch Leven at dawn and dusk while wildfowling during the winter months.
The Scottish Gliding Centre is located directly opposite Kinross House at the other end of Loch Leven. Their experienced gliding instructors are ready to take you on exhilarating flights across the hills and lochs of Perthshire, Fife and beyond. Suitable for both experienced pilots and absolute beginners, this is an experience for everyone.

Scotland is of course famous for golf, with over 100 world class courses situated within driving distance of Kinross House including Gleneagles (25 minutes drive), St. Andrews (45 minutes drive), Carnoustie and Kingsbarns.
In Kinross itself, we also have two excellent 18 hole parkland golf courses.

Find Out MoreWe have some lovely walks around the Estate and gardens. Just beyond the garden walls, we have Loch Leven Heritage Trail which is a 21km trail surrounding the loch, perfect for walking or cycling, suitable for everyone including wheelchair users.
It provides stunning views of the loch and its islands, over towards the rolling hills in the background.
