An exciting opportunity has now arisen to join the team in the role of Senior Event Planner at Kinross House Estate.

Our events on the Estate cater for a wide range of high net-worth individuals from all over the world, staying with us for a mixture of vacations, parties, weddings, corporate meetings and incentives. Together with the rest of the team, this position is responsible for ensuring that the property and Estate in respect of event co-ordination is run in a professional manner with great attention to detail, in a manner befitting the experience defined as “Kinross House”. Our aim is to completely excel our clients’ expectations in all that we do and provide a unique one-off luxury experience

We have 24 bedrooms on the Estate and can host events for up to 28 in the main house, 50 in the Coach House. We also have a boutique Day Spa which is available for the public to book in for treatments. We effectively run as a five-star luxury hotel, but with the key difference that clients need to book us exclusively. We have a team of permanent staff on the Estate. We have an in-house Chef to provide catering for our guests. On occasions we may choose to work with our preferred caterer, depending on the clients’ requirements.

This is a very varied role which will encompass a wide variety of tasks, and as the only Senior Event Planner on the Estate you will have a good level of responsibility and autonomy. To be responsible for securing and looking after our events from start to finish with the highest standards, including operational assistance on event days. Also, to ensure the owner’s private events are organised with the same excellent attention to detail.

Very importantly, we are looking for someone with a great personality who has a passion for the hospitality industry, and who will carry out their role in a cheerful and positive manner, contributing to a happy and positive working environment for everyone.

· Applying candidates should have at least 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or venue/luxury customer focused environment

· Experience within high-end hospitality and or events including management of the administration tasks before and after an event.
